So, you just need to upload 200KB for a generated blog versus 4000KB for your first installation/update of WordPress. When you make a new post, you only need to upload a few files.

SEO optimized is not WordPress strong advantage

By default, WordPress does not use permalinks. The themes that comes with MyStarterBlog are SEO optimized and use worded permailink to save that step to the user.
