Premeditated fake claims mean the person behind filing the insurance fraud has spent a lot of time thinking how to make the most of the planned accident. People will deliberately cause an accident and hope for minor injuries that they can blow up out of proportion to file a fraudulent claim. The sad thing is that when people try to cause accidents, oft times things can go wrong and cause really serious injuries. Imagine a group of people working together to illegally milk the insurance system of money by setting up fake accidents and claiming fake injuries. People who filed false claims in order to get money from insurance companies wind up paying for it when they suffer a real injury and get caught based on the old reports.
