Is making easy money online actually achievable?
You hear about it all the time. There are thousands of Online Marketing websites that have a big headline like "Make Thousands Per Week Working Only 15 Minutes A Day By Following This Step-By-Step Plan."
But it doesn’t go that way for most people.
Most people looking to get into making money online start reading a lot of pitch pages and many of them sort of "lose their head."
A lot of these aspiring online marketers buy a few things that often just end up as digital dust on their hard drives.
There are ways to make money online however and many people are doing it. it is definitely a growth industry.
Two of the most common methods are affiliate marketing and "Adsense Sites."
Affiliate marketing is probably the most popular and it is essentially the online version of an offline commission salesperson.
The whole concept of affiliate marketing can be boiled down to a simple formula.
That formula is Offer + Traffic = Sales.
In it’s finest form the affiliate offer is on a web page that is well ranked for the keywords most relevant to the offer.
A good example is a "Rain Umbrella" site that ranks well for the keyword "buy rain umbrella online."
A lot of factors weigh in on this scenario, but essentially, online marketing takes advantage of the fact that searchers looking to buy something have certain keywords they typically type into the search engines to find what they want.
The keywords that indicate a buyer and get a good amount of searches are the keywords a marketer wants to rank for.
Get this put together right and you’ll end up with a website that gets targeted traffic for what it offers and it will make sales.
But maybe the easiest way for making easy money online is the adsense site.
These sites have content on them that targets well paying cost-per-click keywords, and, if the content is good enough and relevant enough, traffic to that site will happen naturally.
The people who come to the site will see some Google adwords ads and often times they will click on them.
When they click on an ad they are transferred to a website that is paying Google to get them potential customers in just this way.
Google then splits the money they charge the person who is paying to get adwords click traffic with the person who owns the web site at which the customer clicked on the ad.
Pretty simple and it’s possibly the surest way to making easy money online.
So the adsense site earning method and the affiliate marketing web site are probably the two most popular methods for making easy money online.
There are many online marketers who will show you how to do these two things but…caveat emptor… buyer beware, be careful, many people have ended up disappointed with their choice.
Some of these "teachers" are not very good and some are just excellent.
The best way to find out who is good and who is not is to go to an online forum where they discuss these things and simply ask.
You’ll get an answer. And you’ll be on your way.
