1) Pay attention to unsuccessful sends. These are the e-mails that do not get delivered, known as “bounced”. For some reason, these bounced emails are undeliverable. Take requests seriously when someone on your list files a request to be unsubscribed. If you keep sending them your emails, you could be breaking the law!

Your emails and newsletter promotions should not contain shocking or disturbing content. Typically you won’t know the age of the subscribers, so stay away from anything that could be controversial.
